Too Big to Jail: More on Eric Holder and His Former Banker Clients from Peter Schweizer

You have to hand it to Mr. Schweizer. He is on a heck of a roll. His book Throw Them All Out is largely the reason the STOCK Act (which banned legal insider trading by members of Congress) was passed into law earlier this year.

Now he’s taking on the Attorney General of the United States Eric Holder for his ties to the big banks. Holder’s former (and likely future) law firm, Covington and Burling, counts Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, ING, Morgan Stanley, UBS, and MF Global as clients.

What does Covington do for these banks? Financial crime defense work.
