Bezos isn’t doing much with the Post. He isn’t trying to transform it. He doesn’t visit it much. So what gives?
This is what happens when all the decisions (most anyway) which affect the American economy happen in Washington DC. People with money pay top dollar to know what is going on, and an industry has grown up around this.
I guess if Al Sharpton can have a “news” program on MSNBC, Hilary Rosen can have a column in the Washington Post.
